Upcoming Events That You’re Totally Invited to Attend!

Virtual Workshop: Busting Limits
Want to join our upcoming Friday Field trip, but can’t make it in-person or a day is too big of a commitment? A shortened, virtual workshop version of the event is for you! We’ll be covering the same Busting Limits material, just in a more condensed format. The registration deadline is October 3 and the workshop is $49.

Clarity Retreat: Busting Limits
What if more was possible for you? More health, more love, more abundance, more peace, more creativity, or more rest?
We all have default settings around what we’re comfortable experiencing that are often arbitrary and out of alignment with the actual range of life we can experience.
We’ll be picking one area of life where you’re feeling limited or wanting more to consciously explore. We’ll be looking at the limits you've been living in, ways to test if these limits are false, and practical steps for allowing more into your life.
By getting out of your day-to-day life in a fun, supportive environment you’ll be able to more clearly see what’s happening in your life as well as what’s possible.
You’ll walk away with a fuller cup, fresh insights, and the knowledge that you can plug back into this group over time to deepen your connection with yourself and others.
Early bird registration runs through Sept 28th! Sign up here today!

Community Book Club: The Book of Boundaries
It’s been so fun having boundary conversations with you all! We’ll be continuing with The Book of Boundaries, by Melissa Urban for our November book club this year before switching to a new book/ topic next year. Reading is totally optional! Come out to connect and chat! Subscribe to the weekly newsletter for the zoom link.

Community Event: Year End Reflection
Come out to connect, reflect, and share how your year has gone. All flavors of years are welcome! This is your chance to celebrate or to receive compassion. It’s also an opportunity for me as your coach to hear the rest of the story.

Community Workshop: Identifying Limits
Have you ever wanted something that has felt out of reach? Do you sometimes stop yourself before even trying? In this free, hour long community workshop we’ll turn a kind eye towards identifying some places in your life where you may be living within artificial limits so that you can move beyond them. Subscribe to the weekly newsletter for call-in information.

Inaugural Friday Field Trip: Clarity 101
We’ll be covering the fundamental frameworks you need to understand what’s happening in your life and how to respond to it effectively.
Life is always changing. And each new season presents both different gifts and a different set of problems for us to work through.
When we're clear and in reality about the season of life we're in, we can embrace and meet that season of life with more compassion, courage, gratitude, and skill.
Instead of fighting reality or expending effort in ways that don't get us the results we want, we can consciously look at what's going on in our lives to gain insight.
From that clearer understanding, we can choose the appropriate stance and course of action to stay in alignment with our values and move toward our goals with greater ease, kindness, and effectiveness.
During the August Friday Field Trip we'll be covering the common life strategies that get us into trouble, along with the frameworks that make life go a lot better.
There will be plenty of time to apply these ideas to your specific situation so that you're equipped with next steps that will move you closer to creating what you're wanting in life.
Get your tickets by August 4th and receive $50 off the October Friday Field Trip! Register here.
